Mindfulness

"Being creative may also reduce feelings of anxiety and depression, and can help us express or manage our emotions in a positive and productive way." BUPA.co.uk

Mindfulness is the art of being fully present in the moment.  Having open-hearted awareness and accepting of whatever thoughts or feelings arise, without judgment or attachment. It's a practice that cultivates inner peace, clarity, and resilience amidst life's ever-changing circumstances. It is about teaching us how to pause between stimulus and response and is something that can be achieved at any point in the day.

Neurographic art is a creative practice that merges mindfulness with the unconscious expression, by using simple lines and colours to tap into the subconscious mind. Through its fluid and intuitive process, neurographic art fosters relaxation, self-discovery, and emotional healing, unlocking a unique gateway to inner exploration and transformation.

I run regular sessions in the community at different points during the year.
